We consider health & safety to be paramount in our business. We are committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all personnel, contractors and visitors to our workplace.
We are active members of ACC's Workplace Safety Management Practices programme. We currently hold secondary level for this programme, however, we are committed to improving our existing standards by continually implementing new health and safety initiatives.

Qualifications and Training
All of our Crane Operators have, or are working towards, their National Certificate in Crane Operations (mobile). All operators receive ongoing training to keep up to date with changes in the crane industry, health and safety updates and general industry knowledge. Importantly, we believe we have a highly trained and qualified workforce.
All of our Truck Drivers have, or are working towards, their National Certificate in Commercial Road Transport (heavy combination motor vehicle). All truck drivers receive regular ongoing training so they are kept up to date with the transport industry, health and saftey and general knowledge.
All operators and drivers are trained to administer first aid on-site if necessary. All trucks and cranes are equipped with basic medical care and emergency equipment.
All of our employees hold Silver Cards in Elevated Work Platforms.
Competency Passbooks and Inductions
All employees hold a passbook which holds a record of training attended and competencies achieved. All generic, site and site specific inductions are recorded in each individuals passbook.
Competency passbooks are highly recognised in the electricity and geothermal industries however, all truck drivers and crane operators will produce their passbook at any time if required on any site.
All operators and drivers complete all appropriate inductions when required and are remarkable at keeping their inductions up to date and pride themselves on this achievement.
